It’s easy to come across a lot of injustice in New York City. 14th street during the day, and the L train on a weekend. Homeless dog owners, and the stench of 29th street on saturday morning. Lines at Shake Shack, and bouncers with blazers. I’m talking about bud lights at cocktail bars, and Car Bombs at Irish ones. But mostly I’m referring to button pushing DJs and their contribution to the the soundtrack for the city.
That being said - here’s some dharmic forplay.

Stream 5 New The xx Songs In Full
I don’t think anyone even understands how much I love The xx. I love this band so much that I’ve paid 100 pounds to get my hands on unreleased bootleg material. So, here they are all 5 brand new The xx songs from their performance at Battersea in London on May 18th. Note, that the track “Strangers” might actually be 2 songs in one. The xx have not stated how the tracks are called, I made the names up as it’s easier to differentiate between them when playing them in Itunes. But every track name is inspired by their lyrics. Four of the new songs haven’t been released anywhere in full on the internet yet, so you better kiss my ass for this post! The xx on, world off…

Forplay’s anticipation post
Beach House’s 2010 release, Teen Dream, took a couple of months to grow on me. Great for filling the emptiness of winter, long commutes, and unemployment, the album was on heavy rotation for the season. Wonder what their follow up album, Bloom, set to drop later this spring has to offer for warmer climates, contained commutes, and times of employment.
